Features:
The ProTek R/C Receiver Voltage Stabilizer is a small but powerful super-capacitor that stores and releases power to ensure your Receiver/Flybarless unit voltage is always stable.
While a BEC regulates voltage to the receiver, it can't perform properly without enough available power/amperage, which in turn can cause among other things, a drop in voltage or voltage sag. One example of this would be while using high voltage and/or high amperage drawing servos, which can draw large pulses of current making the voltage unstable; the result can be servo glitching, brown outs, sporadic servo movements, strange FBL behaviour, etc....
To combat this, the ProTek R/C Voltage Stabilizer stores and reserves extra power to be released during these voltage irregularities. This not only helps reduce the load on the BEC, but ensures voltage remains stable and consistent to the vital components of your system.
The ProTek R/C Receiver Voltage Stabilizer comes pre-wired with a standard receiver/servo plug, ready to be installed into an open port on your receiver or FBL unit. It is compatible with any standard receiver or FBL unit and works with modern 2.4GHz radio systems, as well as older 27, 72 and 75 mHz systems.
At a price of only $4.99, and weighing almost nothing(5g), it would be a mistake not to throw this on your expensive helicopter to protect from a crash caused by something as simple as a glitch!
